MARTIN ANNIVERSARY

Massie and Christine Martin celebrated their 50th anniversary on February 15th. The celebration, hosted by their children, was held at Hollins Road Church of the Brethren on February 16th. The couple was married at Patterson Memorial Brethren Church on February 15, 1942. Mrs. Martin is the former Helen Christine Wickham. The couple's children are Mearis and Kay Martin, Linda and Robert Brown and Amy and Emmett Marsico. They have five grandchildren. Mr. Martin served in England during World War II in the Eighth Air Force. He is retired from Rockydale Quarries. Mrs. Martin is a homemaker.
