CAVE SPRING GIRLS RIP E.C. GLASS 63-46

Lisa Hodges scored 17 points and broke the school scoring record as Cave Spring defeated visiting E.C. Glass 63-46 in non-district girls' basketball Saturday.

Hodges finished with 1,119 points and broke the record set by Lisa Allison in 1989. She also had three 3-pointers for the Knights (19-1).

Senior Melanie Paris had 21 for E.C. Glass (8-7) and scored her 1,000th career point. Staff report
