U.S. financial markets were closed Monday for the Presidents' Day holiday. The weekly auction of Treasury bills was postponed until today. The Roanoke Times & World-News will resume financial tables in Wednesday's edition.

Stewart Sandwiches Inc., a Norfolk-based producer and distributor of frozen and fresh sandwiches and other refrigerated food products, said Monday its stockholders have approved changing the company's name to Stewart Foods Inc.

Maxcomm Inc., a Lexington marketing communications firm, and its subsidiary, MCX Corp., have received a five-year contract to operate advertising concessions for the new terminal at Lynchburg Regional Airport.
