BLACK, LUCY S.

Mrs. Lucy Stanley Black, age 80, of 4820 Hazelridge Rd., N.W., died Monday, February 24, 1992. She is survived by her husband, Cecil P. Black; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary V. and Grace Black of Roanoke; one daughter and son-in-law, Sue B. and Julian Venable of Charlotte, N.C.; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Mary S. Mullins of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 27 with the Rev. Steve Van Houten officiating. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday.
