The Virginia Mountain Crafts Guild, a non-profit organization based in Salem, recently elected its 1992 officers: Herman Lowe of Salem, president; Jim Balsdon of Blue Ridge, vice president; Jane Jones of Blacksburg, secretary; Ken Hamblin of Salem, treasurer; Robert Eddy of Vinton, parliamentarian, and Lucy Cruise of Moneta, past president.
