OLVER DOUBLES ABILITY FOR TOXIC MONITORING

Olver Inc., a Blacksburg-based environmental engineering firm and laboratory, expanded its toxic monitoring operation this month.

The expansion will double Olver's capabilities, which help industries and municipalities meet state and federal regulations for environmental protection.

The toxic monitoring lab evaluates waste water discharged into streams and rivers to determine whether it could affect fish and other aquatic organisms.

Olver Inc. has been in operation since 1973. It also conducts engineering, technical and geotechnical services.
