3RD CANDIDATE ANNOUNCES FOR PULASKI TOWN COUNCIL
A third newcomer is running for one of the four Pulaski Town Council seats to be filled in the May 5 elections.
Joe Weddle, Appalachian Power Co.'s Pulaski Division superintendent, has announced his plans to seek one of the seats.
Like Roy D'Ardenne, the first to announce, Weddle is a member of the Pulaski Planning Commission.
Elbert G. Black Jr. was the second to announce.
Weddle grew up in Pulaski, graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in electrical engineering. He also has an associate business administration degree from New River Community College.
He has worked at Apco for 22 years.
