DAVIS' STYLE IS TO INSULT

THE PAXTON Davis approach to column-writing is to be very insulting to anyone he does not agree with. (In fact, he probably insults people he does agree with.)

In your Feb. 28 issue, he insults the people of Virginia for not voting his way when he says, "But Virginia is not the country, praise Allah."

I can assure him that if he left Virginia for a state he preferred, most Virginians, and particularly your readers, would "praise Allah." JIM BUSH WILLIS
