OBIT WILLARD, F.

Frances Elizabeth Orndorff Willard, age 84, of Salem, died Monday, March 9, 1992. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen C. and Paulette A. Willard; Gerald W. and Deborah B. Willard; grandchildren, Bruce C. Willard, Rebecca L. Bossong; Bradford Wayne Willard; Kent E. Willard and Burke A. Willard; and a brother, Roy L. Orndorff. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at the College Lutheran Church in Salem with Pastor D. J. Westermann and Pastor Robert R. Ward officiating. Interment will be held Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, Va. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund of the College Lutheran Church.
