Funeral services for William R. Fuqua will be conducted Thursday at 1:00 p.m. from Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Goode, Va., the Rev. John A. Miller officiating, with interment in the church cemetery. He will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to service. The cortege will assemble at the residence at 12:15 p.m. Services are entrusted to the care of Carl B. Hutcherson Funeral Home, Lynchburg.
