Left wing Mark Green of Johnstown, who leads the league with 66 goals, was the top vote-getter on the first team. Rounding out the first team were Erie defenseman Ryan Kummu, Toledo center Mike Maurice and Dayton right wing Darren Colbourne.
The second team consists of Johnstown goalie Stan Reddick; Winston-Salem defenseman Marc Laniel; Raleigh defenseman Kris Miller; Toledo left wing Mike Casselman; Louisville center Martin Bergeron; and Greensboro right wing Phil Berger, the league's leading scorer with 121 points.
