Frances Moulse Cooper, died Sunday, March 8, 1992 at Henrico County Doctors Hospital in Richmond. She was a daughter of the late Ethel Moulse Stump and Vernon Clifton Moulse. She was preceded in death by two sons, Granville L. (Billy) and Roger L. Cooper. Also a brother, Byron C. Moulse Sr. and a sister, Ruby Moulse Stinnette. She is survived by her husband, Wilbert G. Cooper (Bill); one son, James D. Cooper, Charlotte, N.C.; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Jones, Patricia Cooper and Debra Law, all of the Richmond area. She is also survived by three sisters, Mrs. Alonza Bolling (Gladys), Mrs. Dalton Byrd (Louise), Mrs. Alfred Atkinson Jr. (Dean) and a sister-in-law, Irene Boitnott Moulse, all of the Roanoke area; thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren. A graveside funeral service was held Wednesday, March 11 at 4:00 p.m. in the Holly Grove Christian Church Cemetery at Louisa, Va. with the Rev. Steven Smith officiating.
