OBIT - HOLT, R.

Raymond Lewis Holt, age 81, of Roanoke, died Monday at the V.A. Medical Center. Mr. Holt was a veteran of World War II, was a life member of the D.A.V. and was a member of the V.F.W. Surviving are his wife, Gloria K. Holt; daughter, Melody H. Cannon; grandchildren, Leslie Ann Cannon, Christopher Lewis Cannon, all of Roanoke; nieces and nephews, Howard W. Holt, Greensboro, N.C.; Joseph E. Holt, Thaxton; Kitte H. Blackwell, Vinton; Jean H. Bean, Fort Myers, Fla. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the H.H. MacKenzie Chapter of the D.A.V., P.O. Box 1064, Roanoke, Va. 24005. Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's North Chapel with the Rev. Frank W. Feather officiating. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel.
