OBIT - BURT, J.

BURT, JEANETTE W. Jeanette Witt Burt, age 68 of Roanoke, passed away Monday at her residence. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was retired from the Adjudication Division of the Veterans Administration. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred H. Burt and is survived by a son, Brian A. Burt, Bear, Del.; a sister and brother-in-law, Arlene and Murray Stoller, Roanoke; two sisters-in-law and their spouses, Kathleen and Allen Thomas, Roanoke; Clarabelle and Walter Manley, St. Louis, Mo. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Wednesday from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with the Dr. Harry Y. Gamble and Rev. James V. Defoe officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
