SISTER CITY PANEL PLANS ANNUAL DINNER

The International Municipal Cooperation Committee of Roanoke will have its annual dinner on April 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Patrick Henry Hotel.

The program will include a special tribute to Mayor Noel Taylor; a formal welcome to the new Russian sister city, Pskov; and presentations by the Kisumu, Kenya, group and the Wonju, Korea, group. Cost is $12. For more information, call Mason Powell at 344-2294.
