ROANOKE AAU TEAM 2-0 IN POOL PLAY

Joron McCadden scored 15 points and led the Roanoke Hawks' 81-44 victory over the Prince William Raiders in the Virginia 12-under boys' Amateur Athletic Union basketball tournament.

The Hawks, coached by Bill Hankins and Mike Wilson, are 2-0 in their four-team pool. They conclude pool play tonight at 8 against Norfolk. The final is scheduled for Sunday. - Staff report
