BLACKSBURG RECYCLING BINS ARE TOWN PROPERTY

The blue bins used for recycling in Blacksburg are town property.

Residents who move from town should return the bins to the town's finance office. The bins should not be left at the residence.

Individuals who do not return their bin will be charged to replace it on their final utility bill.
