OBIT SINK, LUCIE G.

SINK, Lucie G., 87, of Route 3, Boones Mill, died Saturday evening, February 27, 1993. She was born March 16, 1905, the daughter of the late William Fletcher and Maira L. Hatcher Blackwell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry R. Sink. Surviving are a son, Reid Sink of Boones Mill; two grandchildren, Regina S. Lewis and Reggie Sink; one sister, Eunice Boone of Boones Mill. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews and close friend, Sue Irby. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, from Red Valley United Methodist Church by the Rev. James Opetaia-Williamson with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin after 3 p.m. Monday at Lynch Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
