OBIT JOHNSON, JOSIE ANNER MCDANIEL

JOHNSON, Josie Anner McDaniel, 64, of Lexington, died Saturday, February 27, 1993, at her home. Mrs. Johnson was born April 26, 1928, in Rockbridge County, a daughter of Dolly Ginger Fitzgerald of Wichita Falls, Texas and the late Raymond Fitzgerald. She was a member, pastor and evangelist in the Church of God of Prophecy. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Cecil McDaniel Sr. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Robert E. Johnson, Lexington, Va.; two sons and daughters-in-law, C. C. and Tianey McDaniel Jr., Arlington, Texas; Rev. Lewis and Donna McDaniel Sr., Craigsville, Va.; two sisters, Pat Tony, Marie Ledbetter, both of Wichita Falls, Texas; eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, 1993 at the Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Edward Pope and the Rev. Nancy Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in the Glasgow Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Monday at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
