RENO PLAYS FAST AND LOOSE WITH FACTS
IN ROBERT Reno's Feb. 21 vitriolic commentary, "Let's admit it: Gulf War was blood for oil," he states, among other things, that there was more bombing during the Gulf War than all of World War II.Reno is a poor historian. Assuming that he means only American bombing, over three years we still annihilated the Axis troops as well as all but obliterating every large German and Japanese city.
If Reno has such a strong case against former President Bush, then why does he feel the need to play fast and loose with the facts? DANNY ADAMS VINTON
