Libby Lyerly Ratchford and Bascom Alden Sieber are engaged and planning to be married at Christ Lutheran Church in Roanoke, May 8, 1993. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Lyerly of Dallas, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina, and is employed by Dr. Randy Norbo. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Homer A. Sieber of Roanoke. He graduated from Roanoke College, and is employed by Roanoke County Schools.
