OBIT HOLLANDSWORTH, KINETH
HOLLANDSWORTH, Kineth, 63, of Willis, passed away Monday, March 8, 1993, in
a Roanoke hospital after a long battle with cancer. He was owner of
Hollandsworth Nursery, a farmer and retired from Radford Arsenal. Surviving
are his wife, Vera Marshall Hollandsworth, Willis; son and daughter-in-law,
Jerry L. and Linda Hollandsworth, Indian Valley; two grandsons, Jerry L.
Hollandsworth, Jr., Joseph E. Reynolds, both of Indian Valley; sister and
brother-in-law, Myrtle and Carmon Marshall, Radford; two brothers and
sisters-in-law, Bill and Muriel Hollandsworth, Christiansburg, Troy & Mabel
Hollandsworth, Indian Valley; mother-in-law, Maretha Q. Marshall, Willis.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Indian Creek Primitive
Baptist Church with Elder Frank Pegram, Elder Kenneth Hopkins and Elder Sidney
Rakes officiating. Burial will be in Indian Creek Cemetery. The body will be
taken to the church Tuesday evening where the family will receive friends from
6 to 9. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Floyd
County Rescue Squad. Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd, is in charge of
arrangements.
