TIME TO CLEAN UP NATION'S MESS
ON THE MORNING after President Clinton's Feb. 17 speech, I came across one of John Cage's writings from the early '70s - by chance. (Cage would have loved that!) It goes:"The party's nearly over. We must all get together and without saying a word clean it up." FRANK EASTBURN ROANOKE
