The bride is a daughter ofBarbara Chambers of Orlando, Florida and Gary Dickson of Salem, Va. She is a graduate of William Fleming High School. The bridegroom, son of Linda Russeau and William F. Brown, Jr. of Roanoke, Va., is a graduate of Salem High School. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke.
