W&L SWIMMERS ALL-AMERICANS
Claire Dudley and Rebekah Prince earned All-America honors for Washington and Lee at the NCAA Division III women's swimming championships Saturday in Atlanta.Dudley, a senior who was swimming in her fourth Division III championship meet, finished 16th in the 200-yard breast stroke to earn her honor. Her time was 2 minutes, 29.88 seconds. Only the top 16 finishers earn All-America status.
Prince, a freshman, placed sixth in the 200-yard backstroke to earn first-team honors. She broke her own school record with a time of 2:07.82. She was an All-American in two other events: the 100 backstroke and the 200 individual medley.

Kevin Pehlke had five goals as fifth-ranked Virginia (3-0) defeated Duke 14-10 in men's lacrosse in Durham, N.C. Duke's record is 4-1.
