OBIT-TABOR, JEWEL ODESSA CROWDER
TABOR, Jewel Odessa Crowder, 71, of Roanoke County, passed away Saturday
morning, March 13, 1993, in a local hospital. She was a member of Cave Spring
Baptist Church where she was also active in the Fidelis Sunday school class.
Surviving are her husband, William E. ("Bill") Tabor, and a son, Forrest L.
Tabor, both of Roanoke; and one granddaughter, Erin Whitney Tabor, Lynchburg.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Oakey's South Chapel with Dr.
Woodrow W. Clark and the Rev. Rolan C. Bailey officiating. Interment will
follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton. The family will receive friends from
2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Oakey's South Chapel.
