A federal judge in Pittsburgh ordered a comic book publisher to stop using the NHL Penguins' logo, name and uniform. U.S. District Judge Donald J. Lee granted Pittsburgh Hockey Associates, the team's owner, a temporary restraining order against Revolutionary Comics Inc. of San Diego. He scheduled a hearing for March 26. The dispute concerns a comic book containing an unauthorized biography of Penguins star Mario Lemieux. Hockey Associates said it was trying to protect the team's trademark when it sued Revolutionary ComiAustrian gains World Cup ski victory cs last week.

\ NBC announced it will televise two of the five tournaments on the new Celebrity Golf Association Tour, using its regular broadcast crew of Jim Lampley and Johnny Miller. The CGA, created in 1989, will open its first tour March 25-28 at the Barton Creek Country Club in Austin, Texas. The CGA has more than 100 members from the sports and entertainment worlds, including Michael Jordan, Lawrence Taylor, Jack Wagner, Dan Marino, Phil Simms and Randy Quaid. NBC will televise its first tournament of the season July 10-11 at Lake Tahoe, Calif.
