OBIT CROMER, VIRGINIA F. BLACKSBURG

CROMER, Virginia F., 68, of Blacksburg, died Sunday, March 14, 1993, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born in Montgomery County on October 18, 1924, to the late Edward Franklin and Mary Fannie Fisher Cromer. She was a retired employee of Inland Motor. Surviving are two daughters, Mary Ann Radford, Christiansburg, Donna Rimer, Blacksburg; four grandchildren, Mitchell Jearls, Melissa Jearls, Stephanie Broce and Shannon Broce; one brother, James E. Cromer, Blacksburg. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 17, 2 p.m. at New Mt. Zion Lutheran Church. The Rev. Jimmie Lee Price will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 until 9 p.m. at McCoy Funeral Home.
