OBIT WILLARD, FRANKLIN W.
WILLARD, Franklin W., 60, of Marion, died Saturday, March 13, 1993 at his
home. Mr. Willard was a member of Marion Civitan Club and Fulton United
Methodist Church. He was the owner of the Mountain Empire Construction
Company, Inc. He is survived by his wife, Helen P. Willard of Marion; two sons
and one daughter-in-law, Thomas R. Willard and Charles Franklin and Sandy
Willard, all of Marion; his mother, Estelle C. Willard of Rural Retreat; two
sisters, Joan W. Whalen of Rural Retreat, Luella Willard of Gray, Tenn.; one
brother, A.R. Willard of Wytheville; special friends, Jackie T. and Brittany
Morrell of Bristol, Tenn. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 17,
at 11 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Rev. Harry Howe officiating. Burial
will follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or donations may
be made to the Marion Life Saving Crew. The family will receive friends at the
home any time or Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 at Seaver-Brown Chapel.
Seaver-Brown Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
