DEUTSCH, Ida Regina, 83, of Glasgow, died Monday, March 15, 1993. She was formerly of Nutley, N.J. and Miami, Fla. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Reulein, Glasgow; a son, Stephen Deutsch, La Mesa, Calif.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
