OBIT BOWLES, MILDRED ADINE

BOWLES, Mildred Adine, 51, of Rocky Mount, died Friday, March 19, 1993, in a local hospital. She attended Ferrum College and the University of Delaware. Mrs. Bowles was preceded in death by her father, Alfred H. Bowles. Surviving are her mother, Zora K. Bowles, Rocky Mount; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Alfred K. and Maryann Bowles, Danny and Patricia Bowles, all of Rocky Mount; one sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Roger Dodson, Ridgeway; nieces and nephews, Monica Dodson, Dwayne Dodson, Julie Bowles, Adam Bowles, Kelly Bowles, Tonya Bowles, Shannon Bowles. Graveside services will be conducted at Mountain View Memorial Park, 2 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. James H. Steele officiating. The family suggest memorials be made to the charity of ones choice. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Flora Funeral Service, 342 South Main St., Rocky Mount.
