OBIT BUCK, CLARENCE MORGAN JR.

BUCK, Clarence Morgan Jr., 83, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 1993 at his residence. He was born October 3, 1909 in Lexington, a son of the late Clarence M. Buck Sr. and Amelia Campbell Buck. He was a retired employee of K-Mart, a member of the Bedford Christian Church, and the Liberty Masonic Lodge #95. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jack H. Buck. He is survived by his wife, Ella Gingrich Buck; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Buck and Roy Kern, Roanoke; a grandson and his wife, Ken and Ramona Kern, Roanoke; a granddaughter and her husband, Kathy and Bob Keoughan, Roanoke; a brother, George H. Buck, Bedford; two sisters, Jennie B. Johnson, Bedford, Elizabeth B. Carter, Newport News. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, March 26, 1993 at 11 a.m. from the Greenwood Cemetery. Masonic services will be conducted by the Liberty Masonic Lodge #95. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Updike Funeral Home, Bedford.
