OBIT KINCER, RALPH E.
KINCER, RALPH E., 80, of Forest Hill Ave. N.W., Roanoke, died Thursday,
March 25, 1993, at his home. He was an active member and a deacon of Oakland
Baptist Church and was a retired employee of N&W Railway, Roanoke terminal. He
is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pauline Dix Kincer; one son and
daughter-in-law, Harvey E. and Valerie Kincer, Troutville; one grandson and
wife, Troy S. and Lori Kincer; two great-grandchildren, Ryan and Trent Kincer,
Roanoke; two step-grandchildren, David and Mark Anders, Troutville; one sister
and brother-in-law, Genevieve and Ray Walters; one brother and sister-in-law,
Odell and Leona Kincer, all of Wytheville. Funeral services will be conducted
from Oakey's North Chapel 1 p.m. Monday, March 29, with the Rev. Kelly Dampeer
officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call
at Oakey's North Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9
p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
