PROUD NO MORE OF THE NRA

I AM HAPPY that legislators in Virginia have stopped yielding to the wishes of that small minority who comprise the National Rifle Association and have had the intestinal fortitude to pass the one-gun-a-month deal.

I would like for officials of the NRA to divulge the number of members in their organization who have been convicted of a felony, and thereby are unable to possess a firearm and are unable to vote. At one time, I was a proud member of the NRA. But with their new ideas and principles, I would be ashamed to be a part of the organization now. BRUCE LEE NEW CASTLE
