OBIT DARNELL, MARY BARBARA GLENN

DARNELL, Mary Barbara Glenn, 101, of Salem, died Saturday, March 27, 1993, in a Salem hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Mingy Darnell; two daughters, June Marie Buckley and Jacqueline Darnell. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Mrs. Barbara Ann and Elwood Jefferies of Roanoke; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 30, 1993, at noon at Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. R. Stuart Carlton officiating. Interment will be in the Riverview Cemetery in Waynesboro at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tape Ministries at Bethel Baptist Church. Lotz Salem Chapel handling arrangements.
