OBIT KIDD, DENNIS R.
KIDD, Dennis R., 36, of Moneta, died Wednesday, December 30, 1992. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was employed by Action Vans, Inc. and Coldwell Banker Countryside Realty. Mr. Kidd was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Moneta and was a graduate of Andrew Lewis High School and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Surviving are his wife, Ann B. Kidd; two children, Joshua Lewis Kidd and Dustin Raymond Kidd; his parents, Edward Lewis and Tenny Phillips Kidd; one brother, Richard Dean Kidd; one sister, Rita Kay Brown; his grandmother, Ethel Sink Wall, all of Roanoke; numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be from Oakey's North Chapel, 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 1993. The Rev. Bob Chapman and the Rev. Riley Smith Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. It is suggested that memorials be made to a trust fund established for Mr. Kidd's children at The Kidd Trust Fund, c/o Rt 4, Box 574, Moneta, Va. 24121. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel.
