WRIGHT, Julius Burton ("J.B.") Sr., 65, of 1475 West Monroe St.,
Wytheville, died Wednesday, January 6, 1993 at his residence. He was retired
from Lemon Transport. He is survived by his wife, Margie M. (Dean) Wright,
Wytheville; one daughter and son-in-law, Ronda W. and James Akers, Wytheville;
one son and daughter-in-law, Julius R., Jr. and Sandy Wright, Wytheville; one
grandson, Aaron B. Wright; seven sisters, Irene Matthews, Route 3, Wytheville,
Mary Rash, Oak Ridge, Tenn., Katherine McRoberts, Route 1, Max Meadows,
Josephine Dalton, Route 3, Wytheville, Betty Ashford, Route 3, Wytheville,
Agnes Reynolds, Wytheville, Janice Horton, Route 3, Wytheville; one brother,
Harold L. (John) Wright, Radford; his mother, Myrtle Spraker Wright, Route 3,
Wytheville. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of the Grubb
Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Mrs. Ann Blair, with interment to follow in
the West End Cemetery, Wytheville. The family will receive friends at the
Grubb Funeral Home Thursday evening from 7 to 9 or at the home anytime. In
lieu of flowers, those that wish to do so may make memorial contributions to
the Wythe County Rescue Squad. The Grubb Funeral Home in charge of the
arrangements.
