COMPANIES FILE FOR REORGANIZATION
Two Christiansburg companies headed by G.E. Via have filed for reorganization in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Roanoke. They are Highland Builders, a residential construction firm, and Montgomery Park Inc., a real estate and development business.Highland Builders reported debts of $30,000 and assets of $283,267. Although Via is president, Glen O. Salisbury owns all of the stock, according to court papers. Montgomery Park listed debts of $1 million and assets of $125,102.
