GARMENTS, GARNISHES AT NRCC GETS GRANT

New River Community College's Garments and Garnishes has been awarded $3,669 minigrant by the Virginia Campus Outreach Opportunity League.

The funding will be used to further the development of Garments and Garnishes, a program established to meet the food and clothing needs of NRCC students and community residents.

The grant is one of eight grants that will total $30,000.
