OAK HILL CRUISES 115-77

Jerry Stackhouse had 34 points Wednesday night to lead Oak Hill Academy to a 115-77 high school basketball victory over the Australia Elite Junior National team.

Oak Hill (16-0) took control in the third quarter, outscoring the Aussies 28-13.

Makhtar Ndiaye had 14 points, 10 blocks and nine rebounds for Oak Hill. Jeff McInnis added 13 points and 14 assists.

Australia Elite, 7-3 on its United States tour, got 19 points from Joseph McKinnon and 17 from Mark Bridges. \

FISHERSVILLE - Parry McCluer, the No. 8 team in Class A, went cold in the fourth quarter and was stunned by Wilson Memorial.

The winners (2-9) held the Fighting Blues without a field goal for 4 1/2 minutes of the fourth quarter while extending a 43-40 lead to 54-43.

John White had 20 points for Wilson Memorial.

Parry McCluer (6-2) got 11 points from Shaam Wheeler. \

MEADOWBRIDGE, W.Va. - Ricky Shepherd hit 21 points as Meadowbridge won a non-district high school game and pushed its record to 8-1.

Covington Boys Home (4-5) was led by Donnie Costigan with 21 points on the strength of five 3-point goals. \
