HOLLINS GRADUATE JOINS FRONTIER MUSEUM STAFF
Katharine Brown has joined the Museum of American Frontier Culture in Staunton as director of research and collections.Brown is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hollins College, where she earned a bachelor of arts in history. She holds a doctorate in history from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and most recently worked for the British Council at the Ulster American Folk Park in Northern Ireland.
Previously, she was executive director of the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace Foundation in Staunton.
