Stephanie Loraine Blevins and Joseph Samuel Farmer are engaged and planning to be married November 19, 1993.Stephanie is the daughter of Mr. Dennis L. Blevins of Goodview, and Mrs. Connie Hamilton of Roanoke. She is employed by Allstate Insurance Company. Joe is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Farmer of Roanoke. He is attending Virginia Tech and graduates in the spring.
