MIZAK, Andrew S., 72, of Boones Mill, passed away Saturday, January 16, 1993. Mr. Mizak is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mrs. Claudine Mizak; three sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Vickie Mizak, Steve and Kathryn Mizak, Ricky and Sharon Mizak; one daughter and son-in-law, Cecelia and Randy Erickson; one brother, Mr. Joe Mizak; two sisters, Mrs. Ann Yurchsin, Mrs. Helen Evanoski. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, January 18, 1993, at Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with the Rev. Paul Maier officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call after noon on Sunday, January 17, at Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home, where the family will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Arrangements by Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home, Rocky Mount.
