PATRICK COUNTY NIPS CAVS 54-50

Chris Reynolds scored 23 points and Justin McHone added 13 as Patrick County slipped past Carroll County 54-50 for a non-district boys basketball victory on Saturday.

The teams stayed close through the first half and the Cavaliers led by three at halftime. In the third quarter, however, Patrick County took the lead by outscoring Carroll County 15-8. The Cavaliers cut the lead to four but couldn't get any closer.

Stephen Dalton scored 19 and John Wolford added 14 to pace Carroll County (4-9). \
