SMITH-RIMER

Kara L. Smith and William R. Rimer are engaged and planning to be married October 2, 1993. She is the daughter of Mrs. Jean B. Smith and the late Mr. K.M. Smith. She is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and attended Virginia Western Community College. She is employed by ChemTreat, Inc., of Richmond, Va. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Osterhaus and the late Mr. John Rimer. He is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Nashville Auto Diesel College. He is employed by Carter Machinery.
