KISER TWINS

Alyssa Staton Kiser and Jordan Kerr Kiser were born January 14, 1993, at Community Hospital. Alyssa, born at 1:04 p.m., weighed 8 lbs. 3.5 ozs., and was 21 inches. Jordan, born at 1:06 p.m., weighed 7 lbs. 2.3 ozs., and was 20 inches long. Their parents are Carl Ray, Jr., and Lynne Boynton Kiser. They have one sister, Carlynne Alyse Kiser, 23 months old. Their grandparents are Homer and Alice E. Boynton of Dallas, Texas; and Carl Ray, Sr., and Mayrone A. Kiser of Clintwood, Va.; and great-grandmother, Alpha Kerr Smith of Clintwood, Va. Alyssa's godparents are Kimberly Banton and Dixie Lee Staton of Salem. She is named after her godmother, Dixie, who passed away in August, 1992. Jordan's godparents are Christopher and Barbara Bremus of Roanoke. The entire Kiser family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr's Garcia, Farber, and McClennan and their office staff.
