OIL TANKER STILL LEAKING, INDIAN OFFICIAL SAYS
India's environment minister flew over a ruptured supertanker on Sunday and said oil oozing from the vessel was threatening delicate coral reefs and hundreds of species of fish."We have never had a slick of this magnitude in the past," said Environment Minister Kamal Nath in New Delhi. The leaking oil is about 12 miles off India's Nicobar chain of islands in the Indian Ocean.
