UNWASTED VOTES FOR PRESIDENT
IN RESPONSE to B. Roupas Rosson (letter, Jan. 18) in which he wished to convey his appreciation to the Perot voters for helping to elect Bill Clinton, I will say to him, "You are quite welcome and if given another opportunity, we would do it again."You see, Mr. Rosson, if you knew anything about the Perot voters, you would know they put the welfare of their nation first instead of voting blindly for the entrenched parties that have brought this nation down to a third-class status.
I'm very sorry, Mr. Rosson, but you will just have to suffer with the rest of us for the next four or eight years.
Just think how it could have been if only you hadn't wasted your vote on a candidate that most everyone knew didn't have a chance.
