OBIT LEACH, CARL DULING JR.

LEACH, Carl Duling Jr., 63, of Thelma Lane, Christiansburg, died Tuesday, February 2, 1993, in Montgomery Regional Hospital. He was retired from First National Bank of Christiansburg as senior vice president and a former active member of the Lions and United Way. Mr. Leach served on the Board of Deacon's at the Christiansburg Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Sally B. Leach; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry L. and Sandra Leach, Richmond; one daughter, Linda L. Leach, Christiansburg. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A memorial service will be 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Christiansburg Presbyterian Church conducted by Rev. Vernon D. Miller. The family will receive friends from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service in the Fellowship Hall of the church. A graveside interment service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 4, at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Richmond. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to the Memorial Fund of the Christiansburg Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 474, Christiansburg, Va. 24073. Arrangements are being handled by Richardson-Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg.
