WYTHE COLLEGE SEEKS AWARDS NOMINATIONS
Nominations are being sought for this year's Wytheville Community College service and teaching awards.
The awards program, established in 1990, includes a Distinguished Teaching Award, for which any full-time or part-time faculty member is eligible, and a Distinguished Service Award to any current or past employee of the school, board or foundation member, graduate or friend.
Each award includes a cash prize. The teaching award winner also will get a fund to be spent for personal academic enhancement.
Nomination forms and further information are available from the community college president's office at 1000 E. Main St., Wytheville 24382. The deadline for nominations is Feb. 22.
